Tom Scheffer
Principal Consultant
Tom is the Founder of The Attractions Guru and its principal consultant, as the main contact for most of our clients, he relies on nearly 25 years of Attractions management, design, and project experience to provide the best solutions for our clients. During his Leisure & Entertainment journey, he has overseen and managed large operations in 6 different countries, on four different continents and was associated with three quarter billion dollars in projects, either managing the concept, operational aspects or launching the business altogether.
Although best known for his six indoor snow-attraction or projects, Tom has a wide variety of experience with Waterparks, and FEC's Adventure parks, and had the opportunity to lead two projects with Disney & SeaWorld. He is an IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive, an accreditation achieved by tenure, supporting the industry itself and education. He is an experienced panelist, speaker, and faculty member, supporting the growth of the industry and those that share his passion for providing amazing moments for guests.
Daniele Costantini
Senior Consultant / Owner of Ski Resorts Designer
Ski Resorts Designer is a Consulting firm led by Dr. Daniele Costantini, who has acquired over the years a particular specialization in the fields of design, management, and redevelopment of ski resorts. In this context, efforts have always been made to combine environmental protection with economic development. The services that the firm Ski Resorts Designer offers for the winter and summer mountain tourism sector are the result of the experience gained, in the thirty years of activity, through projects that have involved the most famous winter resorts in Italy and abroad. With the aim of giving a finished product - from the idea to the realization – Daniele Costantini works in continuous synergy with the best companies in the sector like - Technoalpin, Doppelmayr, Leitner, Demaclenko, MND -, that ensures, to all customers, a punctual, precise and always up-to-date service. Senior Consultant
Eden joined the team in late 2019 and brings over 20 years of guest care experience to the team. Having lived in Dubai for two decades prior to moving to the US, she lives and breaths those guest expectations the highly competitive Dubai market is known for. Her niche in the years she has been taking care of guests was highly influenced by event management and her involvement there. As a regional sales director overseeing, corporate bookings, small events and a astonishingly strong birthday party market, she has applied her guest care talents and insights to those guests that invested significant sums of money into the small and medium events Eden's team sold and executed. Eden was part of the launch team of two multimillion dollar attractions in here tenure, overseeing the programming, branding and execution of programs focused on guests under 12 expected to visit and experience the business..
At the Attractions Guru Eden assists clients with Guest care objectives, general guest flow projections , conceptual event programs and their financial modeling, planning and execution.
